Do your products require a prescription?
No,our products don't require a prescription. You do not need a prescription or embarrassing and costly visits to doctors, but if you are taking medication, or have any health problems should consult with your doctor.

Do you send to my country?
Yes we ship all over the world. As our supplements are merely natural health supplements, containing no prescription chemicals, we are able to ship these anywhere in the world.
How does it take to receive  my order?
Most packages are shipped as soon as we receive your order i.e. the same day of the order date. We ship orders worldwide via Express Airmail, which generally takes 5 - 12 days to arrive, depending what you order and your location where the product will be sent. We ship your items from our head quarters in New Zealand. We do all we can to get you your packet as quick as possible. If you want to receive your items quicker than normal you can select special courier service(which takes 2-3 days) for $30 at checkout page.

Are orders shipped discreetly?
Yes it is! All orders are sent in an unmarked plain package without any indication of it‘s contents. All products are labeled as  supplements for health, with a minimal deceleration of price, to avoid any  delays in customs.

How can I make the payment?
The quickest way is to pay us online with your credit card through our encrypted form, but if you dont prefer to use your credit card online, you can also pay us by transmitting your credit card details through fax/phone or you can pay us by Western Union Money Transfer or International Bank Transfer. For our customers in USA, it is also possible to pay with their checking account. All these options are available on the checkout page.

What name will appear on my credit card statement?
We have a number of banks where we process credit cards. You will receive an email with this information once your card has been charged. (The billing discryptor wont indicate the name of the products, or anything untoward.)

Are your products backed with a money back guarantee?
If you are not 100% satisfied with the results of any of our products you may return them within 60 days of purchase and we will arrange a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees) for any number of unopened bottles and up to one opened bottle, even if its completely empty! Please contact us for return instructions.
